Job Title: Senior Architect (Freelance)

Duration: 20 days over 2 months

Location: UK, Corsham (Partial on-site)

About Us: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to lead the design of Kubernetes as a Service on vCloud Director. This role involves collaborating with partners and clients to ensure a seamless and comprehensive VMware solution.

Role Overview: As a Senior Architect, you will lead a team of architects to develop a robust design for Kubernetes as a Service on vCloud Director. You will serve as the design authority for the VMware solution, engaging in workshops to capture requirements and make critical design decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of architects to produce a design for Kubernetes as a Service on vCloud Director.
• Collaborate with partners to act as the design authority for the VMware solution.
• Conduct workshops with partners and clients to extract requirements and inform design decisions.
• Own the vCD design elements, including CSE, OSE, App Launchpad, and DSE, multisite and multi-tenanted architecture.
• Work alongside NSX and Tanzu architects to deliver a holistic design that meets customer requirements.

Requirements:

• Ideally DV cleared / will accept SC.
• Proven experience in leading architectural design projects.
• In-depth knowledge of Kubernetes, vCloud Director, NSX, and Tanzu.
• Strong collaborative skills to work effectively with partners and clients.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
