Key Responsibilities:

Conceptual Design:

• Develop initial design concepts based on client requirements, budget constraints, and site considerations.
  

• Create sketches, renderings, and 3D models to visually communicate design ideas.
  

Space Planning:

• Analyze and plan the layout of spaces within buildings for optimal functionality and efficiency.
  

• Consider factors such as user needs, accessibility, and workflow in the design process.
  

Technical Drawings:

• Produce detailed technical drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.
  

• Use computer-aided design (CAD) software for precision and efficiency.
  

Material and Finish Selection:

• Specify materials, finishes, and schemes in line with the design concept and project requirements.
  

• Collaborate with interior designers and other specialists to integrate aesthetic and functional elements.
  

Collaboration with Clients and Stakeholders:

• Engage with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and expectations.
  

• Present design proposals and gather feedback to refine and finalize the design.
  

Code Compliance:

• Ensure designs comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements.
  

• Obtain necessary permits and approvals for proposed designs.
  

Project Management:

• Oversee the implementation of design concepts during the construction phase.
  

• Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to address design-related issues and modifications.
  

Site Analysis:

• Conduct site visits and analysis to assess environmental and contextual factors that may impact the design.
  

• Integrate site-specific considerations into the overall design approach.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  

• Proven experience in architectural design, with a portfolio showcasing a range of projects.
  

• Proficiency in architectural design software, such as Revit, and Bluebeam.
  

• Strong creative and analytical thinking skills.
  

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  

Additional Requirements:

• 7+ years of proven experience in architectural design, with a portfolio showcasing a range of projects.
  

• Familiarity with sustainable design principles and green building practices.
  

• Knowledge of current trends and advancements in architecture.
  

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
