Senior Architectural BIM Designer

Position Title: Senior Architect & BIM Designer

Location: Middle East

Reporting To: Senior Manager

Role Overview:

• Lead the design and development of infrastructure projects, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance.
• Create BIM models, and detailed 2D and 3D architectural designs.
• Manage design teams and collaborate with multidisciplinary stakeholders to deliver high-quality project outcomes.
• Adhere to international and local standards for design, safety, and environmental guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural and structural designs for complex infrastructure projects.
• Oversee the coordination and accuracy of technical drawings.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and safety guidelines.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and quality control processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize project delivery.

Skills & Experience:

• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other industry-standard design software.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in architectural design and BIM, with extensive experience in large-scale industrial projects.
• Experience in working with both international and local building codes and standards.
• Strong project management and team leadership capabilities.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture or related field.
