Senior Automation Maintenance Engineer

Reduce machine break down time by providing simple & innovative design, solution, prevention and prediction to all of Equipment including automation machine Initiate, define, plan, communicate and follow up any improvement project related Breakdown time reduction for critical equipment (MTTR, MTBF KPIs) Develop and improve equipment capability and flexibility Drive, provide clear guidance & coach maintenance technician for trouble shooting guide for single breakdown type to give the best response time (minimum time) & provide clear guidance Coach maintenance technician to improve skill competency by training & etc. Perform data analysis to understand individual equipment performance and its characteristic (repetitive issue in critical equipment), recommend problem solving action based on structural data analysis, based on six sigma project approach Identify potential problem at individual equipment to predict the availability time. Understanding critical spare part in every critical equipment. Qualifications Education: Bachelor degree (S1/DIII) Automation, mechatronic or Electrical Engineering Automation Control Job Related Experience: At least 5 years in Maintenance Engineering in automation machine Business Understanding: Mechanical Design, Electrical design, PLC & HMI, Automation system, Lab View, C++, Visual Basic, Other programming language Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills): English, Ability to use MS Office, Lean sigma mindset, Presentation & Communication skill.
