Senior Civil Engineer – Nottingham\n\nVertical Recruitment is collaborating with a dynamic Structural & Civil Engineering Consultancy based in Nottingham. This ambitious team is seeking to expand by adding experienced engineers to their ranks.\n\nThey are looking for a motivated Senior Civil Engineer who is eager to learn and capable of providing support and training to team members. In this role, you will lead multiple projects, paving the way to an associate-level position.\n\nThe projects encompass a wide range of multi-million-pound ventures across various sectors, including industrial, retail, leisure, residential, commercial, education, and the public sector.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Lead project teams, ensuring project viability and managing workloads.\n\n * Oversee multi-sector projects, handling both technical and commercial aspects.\n\n * Build and maintain relationships with internal design teams and external clients.\n\n * Engage in all stages of design, from early-stage concepts to construction.\n\nThe Ideal Candidate\n\n * Over 6 years of post-graduate experience in Civil Engineering.\n\n * Proven experience in leading and managing technical staff.\n\n * Diverse sector experience, including high-rise residential, education, and industrial projects.\n\n * Chartered or working towards chartership is but not essential
