Job Description
SLR have a fantastic new opportunity for a Senior Civil Engineer with demonstrable consultancy experience a general infrastructure background to join our collaborative and growing Transport Engineering team in Bristol.

The role
You will be working with the team to assist in a range of aspect of project delivery. You will use your technical expertise to produce design outputs to assist in the delivery of our wide ranging projects. You will be expected to support the well-established Transport Engineering team to provide technical input and supporting the sector and client project leads across the business.
You'll be able to work across other sectors within the SLR disciplines, including the Transport, Environmental Management and Compliance, Land and Water and Environmental Specialist Services Groups having the opportunity to work within an experienced team and be involved in a series of exciting challenges with one of the leading environmental consultancies in the UK.
About you
We are looking for an Engineer with consulting experience around the design of Section 278, 238 and 104 processes, as well as:
• Experience of working within a project team, consultancy or contracting environment
• Some experience of managing projects and junior members of a design team
• Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience of using AutoCAD, Civils 3D and Microdrainage/Flow
• Knowledge of UK guidance Standards
