Role Purpose & Key Responsibilities:

Produce designs and manage the work of others within the team, ensuring quality and efficiency in project delivery.


Develop road and sewer designs to adoptable standards.


Conduct flood alleviation schemes and flood risk assessments.


Design sustainable drainage systems.


Utilise software such as Civil 3D and MicroDrainage.


Lead design discussions and client meetings


Presenting reports to both internal and external stakeholders.


Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams


Mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
