Senior civil Engineer - Groundworks

Senior setting out Engineer required for a groundworks job in Enfield. Immediate start.

Your role will involve the following

Supervising & providing assistance through all stages of the construction process to the Site Manager.

- Producing site take-offs & raising relevant RFIs/ Technical Queries

- Notify the Site Manager of any modifications or changes occur during construction

- Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications and good construction practice

- Setting out Pile, capping beam, RC stairs cases, floor slabs, crane bases etc

- Checking reinforcement and calculating concrete needed for the pour

- Setting-out drainage position, level and check air test meets the requirement before pouring the concrete

- Establishing and transferring control points and datum levels

- Raising relevant permits to work

- Order concrete, rebar, plant & any other materials required

- Performing QA checks and completing relevant forms

- Producing O&M Manuals & as-built drawings for handovers

Groundworks experience essential
