As a Permanent Sr. Designing, planning, and overseeing the construction and maintenance of electric substations.


Ensuring all substation projects are compliant with the Electric Safety Code.


Collaborating with team members to develop project objectives and timelines.


Conducting detailed calculations to develop manufacturing, construction, and installation standards and specifications.


Inspecting completed installations and observe operations to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications and compliance with operational and safety standards.


Providing technical guidance to team members and junior engineers.


To be considered for the role of Permanent Sr. A minimum of 5 years of experience in substation design, preferably in a senior role.


An ABET-accredited degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.


Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor junior engineers.


Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate complex engineering concepts to a variety of audiences.


Proficient in using engineering software and computer-aided design (CAD) systems for designing projects.
