Senior Civil/Infrastructure Engineer – Exciting Opportunity



Are you an experienced Civil/Infrastructure Engineer looking to take the next step in your career?



I am currently working with a very successful and fast growing Civil, Structural & Highway Engineering consultancy with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality design and advisory services across the UK.



With a 40-strong team and decades of industry expertise, they work with developers, contractors, and building occupiers across multiple sectors, including commercial, data centres, and residential. Their specialism lies in industrial and logistics buildings and associated infrastructure, and they are involved in major developments across the UK.



The Role:



As a Senior Civil/Infrastructure Engineer, you will:



* Design civil engineering schemes for large-scale developments across the UK



* Manage clients and represent the company at client and design team meetings



* Be a key point of contact for clients on projects



* Lead and mentor junior engineers, supporting their training and development



* Contribute to project financials, including proposals and invoicing



You Will Have:



* Proficiency in software tools: AutoCAD, Civil 3D, AutoTrack (MicroDrainage/Causeway Flow is beneficial)



* Experience in highway/drainage design, including S278, S38, and S104 agreements



* Strong communication & people skills – able to collaborate effectively within a team



* Experience working with developers and contractors
