Northwest, UK - circa £60,000+ plus car allowance & benefits

The Role:

Kingsley is looking to recruit a Senior Asset Manager on behalf of a well-respected and highly successful property consultancy, in the Northwest team. This exciting, new opportunity is to head the varied and growing commercial portfolio of the Tatton Estate, delivering its day-to day property and strategic asset management.

Remuneration:

• Competitive Basic Salary c. £60,000+ p.a. (D.O.E.)

• A generous holiday scheme which commences at 25 days with a sliding scale up to 30 days plus your birthday off and two extra half days allocated for Christmas Eve & New Years Eve
