Senior Commercial Finance Manager

Our client, one of the most highly sought after employers in the local area, with a fantastic reputation for retention and providing unrivalled career progression, is looking to source a dynamic Senior Commercial Finance Manager in this non-BAU role.



We are looking for an ambitious and established business partner with career trajectory to date and experience of developing and leading a team, as the successful candidate will be in poll position for a future Head of Finance role.



Main duties include:

* Advising, challenging and partnering with cross functional stakeholders, in order to achieve goals and increase efficiency

* Ensuring the delivery of projects across the organisation, working with finance and non-finance, ensuring the business unlocks the maximum value

* Ad hoc work and projects that support the commercial leadership team to deliver targets.

This is hugely varied and could involve anything from pricing and promotions to supply chain



Key experience and skills required:

* ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified

* Proven track record business partnering with a range of stakeholders in a fast-paced environment

* Highly evolved financial analysis skills and experience dealing with large volumes of data and turning into insight

* Natural leader, enjoys developing others and seeing talent thrive

* Advanced Excel

* High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

* Confident and credible communicator
