:Drive sales growth and meet revenue targets in the Singapore market for Fisher Scientific Channel business.Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand customer base and increase market shareProvide leadership and guidance to the sales team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environmentDevelop and nurture strong connections with important customers and individualsConduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunitiesManage the entire sales process, from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing dealsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution of customer projectsCollaborate with Self-Manufactured and 3rd party suppliers to provide one-stop-shop value proposition to our customersBuild analytics to measure success of sales strategy, coach and measure Salesforce effectiveness KPI as developed for the teamBuild 5 year Strategic Plan (STRAP) along with the team and execute on it once all approvals in placeShare of wallet measurement and expansion for all customersRequirements:Master's degree in area of Life Sciences or a related field (MBA preferred)Proven track record of success in sales, with 10+ years of experience in a similar roleStrong leadership skills and ability to drive a high-performance sales teamExceptional communication, presentation and interpersonal skillsDemonstrates a proactive and driven approach to work, with a strong motivation to surpass objectivesAbility to compete in a fast-paced and dynamic marketStrict attention to detail and ability to determine and address customer needsDemonstrated ability to successfully implement sales strategies and initiativesJoin our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific.
