Senior Commercial Manager A chance to join a big UK defence business on a key strategic contract and programme. This needs someone with strong UK defence business facing into MoD and other UK customers. £65,000 - £75,000 + £6k Car Allowance + up to 25% Bonus This will require travel to the north of England 1-2 days a week initially and then dependant on the contract (average 2-3 times a month). This can be expensed with overnight stay included. Key Responsibilities: Contract and Project Management : Lead the day-to-day operations of key business contracts, ensuring smooth delivery and client satisfaction. Growth : Support and manage both UK-based and international markets, identifying new opportunities for growth and expansion. Team Leadership : Guide and develop a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and ensuring adherence to project timelines and objectives. Stakeholder Engagement : Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to maintain strong relationships and drive business success. Strategic Collaboration : Partner with cross-functional teams such as Supply Chain and Operations to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services. Continuous Improvement : Champion initiatives for continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and best practices throughout the business.
