Senior Commercial Manager - Main Contractor, Manchester

A Main Contractor specialising in the residential development market is looking to appoint a Senior Commercial Manager to support the growth of their business across the North West region.

Delivering high specification high density residential apartment schemes, PBSA and BTR schemes they building a strong pipeline of projects, and as a result are looking for a Senior Commercial Manager to lead the commercial function of the business supporting Commercial leads on projects ranging from £30-50m to larger £100m+ projects.

You will have proven experience in a Senior Commercial Management role managing a team of Quantity Surveyors, working for a Main Contractor and strong construction experience of delivering Residential projects from PCSA to Final Accounts; strong client and stakeholder management skills; and ability to nurture and manage strong relationships with the supply chain and subcontractors.
