Job Description

Senior Commercial Manager required to work for Leading Contracts, Commercial & Construction Consultancy on Major High Speed Rail Infrastructure Projects. \n \n6 month renewable contract (Inside IR35) or Permanent Staff opportunities. \n \nSenior Commercial Manager offering flexible working arrangements as a Hybrid role with 3 days WFH and 2 days required in the clients office in Birmingham.

\n \nContract Day Rate/Salary and package dependant on relevant experience. \n\nRole Brief: \nAs Senior Commercial Manager you will lead and manage the pre and post contract Commercial teams responsible for managing the tendering and post contract delivery of multiple infrastructure projects. \n \nYou will have experience of managing Commercial Management teams on large construction or infrastructure projects.

\nExperience of working under construction contract terms and conditions with knowledge of Target Cost/Fixed Price Contracts. \nCommercial Management and Contract Administration processes in relation to cost management, payment, variations, change management and final accounts. \nNEC Contracts Knowledge and experience.\n\nFull Right to Work in the UK Unrestricted Required
