At Pfizer we know that great things happen anywhere people come together with one shared goal.Vaccines Senior Commercial Manager will play a critical role in leading strategic portfolio planning, ensuring enviroment shaping and excellence for vaccines portfolio (inline and pipeline) working very closely with key functions/stakeholders across the enterprise. This role will be also managing a team of Healthcare Strategic Partners (HSPs) to deliver targeted targeted local/national solutions to unmet needs improving overall experience of our Vaccines.Responsibilities include:VX Portfolio responsibilities:Actively contribute and lead strategic Vx franchise initiatives working closely with medical, PHI and supply teams.Pro-actively develop and deploy franchise strategies to ensure environment shaping for Vx portfolio.Drive and secure excellent cross-functional collaboration in line with franchise objectivesBuild Vx operating plans and ensure P&L targets are metBuild strong relations with KOLs through excellent coordination with medical team, that will serve franchise objectives for both inline and pipeline assetsEnergize and inspire colleagues to generate commitment for Vx inline and pipeline portfolioRepresent Vaccines Turkey in GLocal workstreams, ensuring strong country input for global strategy-making, and global support for local initiativesEnsure accurate franchise forecasting as the primary input to OP, business plans and reviewsInline Marketing:Act as a marketing excellence lead for the inline portfolio working closely with CBLs to:Support the development of country brand plans and ensure that customer and patient insights, as well as the “essence” of market issues, are well understood and processed into business plansSupport the above brand analysis to guide management decisionsDevelop and secure endorsement for franchise investment plans to maximize inline businessEstablish methodologies for assessing portfolio performance, and ensure necessary actions as neededOversee marketing budget, ensure the actualization, and bring ROI perspective.Maximize the return with strategic cross-brand investment allocationEnsure the execution of the omnichannel plans and track KPIs to have optimized customer experience and channel mix based on customer needsOversee customer and digital segmentation and develop a tracking mechanism to ensure every customer segment is receiving the optimized omnichannel mixLaunch Excellence:Pro-actively develop and deploy franchise strategies to ensure environment shaping for Vx pipelineBuild strategic and fully integrated launch plans in partnership with CBLs and key functions/stakeholders for VX portfolioLead scenario planning, risk assessments, and prioritization of critical launch activitiesDefine the key pre-launch outcomes for pipeline assets (i.e., gap analyses, launch KPI's, etc.) HSP Team Management:Lead Vx. Healthcare Solution Partner team for insightful and innovative project generation, customer journey & mapping and seizing scientific collaboration opportunities.Qualifications:Min. 5 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical industryLaunch experience and knowledge of local access environmentExtensive product management with a track record of success in developing and optimizing marketing strategies and programs that drive customer engagementDemonstrated track record of handling complex/multi-faceted projectsProven capability to drive extensive cross-functional workEntrepreneurship mindset, accountability, agility, overcoming obstacles and focus on actionExperience in taking and assigning accountability without authority within matrixAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload to meet a business deadlineStrong analytical skills, able to identify and act upon opportunities for improvementAbility to think and act strategicallyAbility to communicate effectively across all organizational levelsB-degree from a reputable universityProficiency in Turkish & EnglishTrack record in demonstrating Pfizer values#LI-PFEPurposeBreakthroughs that change patients' lives...
