Senior Commissioning / Project Manager

Our client is one of the UK's leading Building Services (mechanical and electrical) Commissioning Management Consultancies. They work on major construction projects across a range of sectors, both in the UK and on The Continent.\n\nThey would like to recruit a Senior Building Services Commissioning Manager to lead projects in the London area.\n\nRole:\n\n * You will be repsonsible for commissioning all building services packages on a variety of projects.\n\n * You will liaise with the client and principal contractor to ensure that they are happy with progress.\n\n * You will oversee all building services sub-contractors to ensure best practice and adherance to programme.\n\n * You may have a team of up to 5 Commissioning Engineers / Managers on larger projects.\n\n * You will ensure commissioning programme is updated.\n\nPerson:\n\n * You will hold a recognized industry qualification (min HNC/HND) and be mechanically, electrically or BMS biased.\n\n * You will have worked on major construction projects as a Commissioning Manager.\n\n * You will have worked for a Commissioning Consultancy or Principal Contractor.\n\n * You will have excellent technical knowledge.\n\n * You will have excellent interpersonal skills.\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving business with a full order book
