SENIOR CONSTRUCTION ANAYST (9268)

We are searching for a Senior Construction Analyst for a growing luxury living multi-family property development company. 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Analyze, track, monitor and prepare reporting on project budgets and actual expenses/committed costs.   

• Provide reporting on variances and risk exposure and, if necessary, develop and present appropriate action plans. 

• Work on multiple projects concurrently, often with competing priority levels. 

• Track all subcontractors and supplier compliance to contracts from a financial and risk standpoint 

• Manage lien notices. 

• Conducts routine and special studies which involve compiling data, analyzing results, preparing and maintaining documentation, and proposing and implementing recommendations. 

• Analyze data and perform trend analysis and communicate the data variances. 

• May perform other duties as assigned. 

We Seek: 

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 5 plus years of experience in construction or related field.   

• Accounting or Finance Degree preferred. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

• Proven ability to work independently. 

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word) 

• Proficient in Construction processes 

• Ability to identify and make recommendations for resolution of project problems utilizing analytical skills. 

• Demonstrated oral and written communications skills. 

• Ability to effectively interface and build strong relationships with internal and external customers. 

• Works well in a fast-paced environment. 

• Must be detail oriented. 

• Excellent judgement 

• Experience with Sage 300 (Timberline) 

Self-starter who works well with a team and is highly self-motivated, goal oriented. 

Maintains a calm, tactful demeanor when dealing with difficult situations. 

Adaptable, exhibits flexibility with changing priorities and conditions.
