Senior Construction Planner

Responsibilities and duties
Reporting to the Senior Project Manager you will:
* Develop and manage schedules.
* Review schedules to optimize workflow efficiency.
* Conduct Critical Path analysis.
* Oversee schedule look-ahead sessions to ensure proactive and timely project delivery, covering 2-day, 10-day, 30-day, and 60-day periods, shared with both internal and external stakeholders.
* Create weekly schedule reports to track KPIs like SPI and CPI.
Professional qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following:
* Minimum 5 years' experience of Construction Planning.
* P6 SQEP.
* Experience of site works.
* Current BPSS holder is advantageous
* Knowledge of fabrication and welding processes is advantageous
Personal skills
The Senior Construction Planner role would suit someone who is:
* Highly skilled in the use of all aspects of P6
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Good IT literacy.
Salary and benefits of the Senior Construction Planner role
* Competitive salary between £50,000 - £71,000
* 28 days holiday plus bank holidays
* Good pension scheme
* Option to work either Mon-Fri or on a 10/4 rotation
* Travel expenses paid (within reason)
