Senior Construction Project Manager

A leading multidisciplinary construction consultancy based in Leeds is seeking an ambitious and highly driven Senior Project Manager to join their growing and dynamic team. The Senior Construction Project Manager Role



The successful Senior Project Manager will become an integral part of a talented and collaborative team of 30, comprising Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Building Surveyors, and Principal Designers.



You will be involved in the delivery of diverse projects across multiple sectors, including Logistics, Industrial, Residential, Retail, and Commercial, with project values ranging from £1m to £50m. With a strong pipeline of projects and significant upcoming work in the Retail and Commercial sectors, there's no shortage of thrilling opportunities.



This role offers exposure to a variety of projects, all managed under one roof, allowing for a streamlined project delivery process and a high level of collaboration between teams. You will take ownership of the project lifecycle, from inception through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

The Senior Construction Project Manager



The incoming Senior Construction Project Manager will have:



A construction related degree qualification is beneficial

A successful track record delivering projects from inception to completion RIBA 0-7

Previous Project Management experience within a UK Construction Consultancy

Retail or Commercial project experience is highly desirable

Membership in a construction-related professional body (RICS, CIOB, APM, etc.) is desirableIn Return?
