Senior Consultant - Construction Claims (Delay and Damages)

LVI Associates are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consultant to join our clients team, specializing in construction claims related to delay and damages. They are industry leaders in providing expert consultancy services for construction projects and dedicated to delivering innovative solutions and exceptional service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and assess construction claims related to project delays and damages.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation to support claims.
• Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients on claim resolution strategies.
• Conduct thorough investigations and gather evidence to substantiate claims.
• Collaborate with project teams, legal advisors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful claim outcomes.
• Represent clients in negotiations and dispute resolution processes.
• Stay updated on industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to construction claims.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Professional certification (e.g., RICS, CIOB, AACE) is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in construction claims, with a focus on delay and damages.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, Excel).
