Senior Contract Logistics Project Manager – Customer Onboarding

JOB DESCRIPTION If you enjoy ramping up new projects and operations from scratch, this opportunity is for you. Your Role Our Contract Logistics team provides fulfilment, warehousing and distribution solutions to our customers in various verticals. In this role, you are responsible to onboard our new customers and ramp up our operations dedicated to them. You are part of the team from the solution design and will take over the full responsibility once we win the project, until it is up and running smoothly. Your Responsibilities Planning and leading customer implementation projects Enhancing co-departmental collaboration to ensure smooth project delivery Tracking the project status, and reporting regularly to internal and external stakeholders Handling escalations Identifying and solving issues related to the project Resource planning, analysing and improving processes Participating in the design of contract logistics concepts and solutions Proper documentation of the project plan, status and results to ensure the full scope and targets of the project are delivered on time Your Skills and Experiences Proven skill in managing large-scale ramp-up projects in manufacturing or logistics (such experience in healthcare, automotive or contract logistics is a plus) Skilled in risk management, resource allocation and stakeholder management Excellent communication skills in Hungarian and English; German is advantageous A team player with a problem-solving aptitude Working well in high-pressure environment A solid understanding of project management and process improvement tools Customer-focused mindset Good Reasons to Join Our global logistics network, cutting-edge IT systems, in-house expertise and excellent customer service is proof of our dedication to be the market leader.
