Role: Senior Contracts Manager

Location: Harlow

Salary: £60,000p/a dependent on skills and experience.

The Company

A well-established company is looking for a Senior Contracts Manager to join their growing teams within their Construction and/or Fire Protection projects. This role is available on a hybrid working basis, you’ll be likely to work 3-4 days in the office.

The Role

As a Senior Contracts Manager, you’ll be developing specification of the outsourced service alongside your Team Lead. You’ll also, review and validate payment applications, ensure contract specifications are followed whilst leading contractual discussions and clarifications with suppliers. As well as assisting the commercial team with invoice information and oversee alongside ensuring projects are correctly mobilised in terms of budget.

Required Skills / Experience

• Proven experience as a Senior Contracts Manager in the Construction and/or Fire Protection industries.
• Strong financial & communication skills.
• Possess an understanding on health and safety & quality standards.
• Planning & scheduling experience.
