Reginald Gray, recruiting on behalf of a key client, is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to join their Special Works Division. This is a strategic, leadership-level role overseeing multiple Contracts Managers and driving the successful delivery of projects.\n\nAbout the Role:\nAs a Senior Contracts Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the division’s operational and commercial strategy. You will oversee a portfolio of residential and commercial refurbishment projects, typically valued between £50,000 and £500,000, ensuring consistent performance, profitability, and quality.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * \n\n Managing and mentoring a team of Contracts Managers, providing leadership and support\n\n * \n\n Overseeing the strategic delivery of multiple projects across the division\n\n * \n\n Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards\n\n * \n\n Driving operational efficiency and identifying opportunities for improvement\n\n * \n\n Maintaining and enhancing client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction\n\n * \n\n Collaborating with senior leadership on business growth and strategy\n\nKey Requirements:\n\n * \n\n Proven experience as a Senior Contracts Manager or Contracts Manager with multi-site oversight\n\n * \n\n Strong background in refurbishment projects within residential and/or commercial sectors\n\n * \n\n Demonstrable leadership and team management skills\n\n * \n\n Commercial acumen with the ability to optimise project performance\n\n * \n\n Excellent knowledge of health, safety, and quality regulations\n\n * \n\n Ability to influence and collaborate at a senior level\n\nWhat’s on Offer:\n\n * \n\n Salary of up to £70,000 plus package\n\n * \n\n All projects based in Oxford, offering a localised portfolio\n\n * \n\n Opportunity to influence and shape the division’s strategic direction\n\n * \n\n Career progression opportunities within a growing and ambitious business
