An exciting opportunity is available for a Senior Controls Engineer with expertise in industrial automation, conveyor systems, and material handling solutions. This role is ideal for professionals experienced in debugging, programming from scratch, and creating electrical schematics, with hands-on knowledge in HMI development and robotics integration—especially with Doosan and Fanuc robots.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, program, and debug complex control systems for automated machinery, ensuring high standards of safety and performance.

• Develop control software from scratch using PLC, HMI, and SCADA platforms; proficiency in ladder logic, structured text, and function block diagrams is essential.

• Create schematics and documentation to support system integration and compliance with industry standards.

• Program HMI interfaces from scratch to deliver intuitive, user-friendly control experiences.

• Integrate and troubleshoot robotic systems, including Doosan and Fanuc, within industrial automation environments.

• Lead projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure timely, budget-conscious delivery of control solutions.

• Support and mentor junior engineers, contributing to team development and knowledge sharing.

• Ensure seamless system integration, communication, and data exchange across multiple hardware platforms.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Control Systems, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in controls engineering or industrial automation.

• Proven ability to debug complex systems, program control systems from scratch, and manage the full development lifecycle.

• Hands-on experience with Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or Schneider Electric PLCs.

• Deep understanding of industrial networks (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Modbus, Profibus).

• Familiarity with safety systems (e.g., SIL, IEC 61508, Functional Safety standards).

• Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills.

Skills:

• Advanced control methods such as PID and Model Predictive Control.

• Experience with simulation tools like MATLAB and Simulink.

• Background in robot integration, particularly with collaborative robots (cobots).
