What You’ll Do:
We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist who will work directly with our VP of Engineering and Founder to shape the future of our AI-driven solutions. In this role, you will develop predictive analytics features to provide actionable insights for our customers and leverage generative AI to enhance both internal and external applications.
- AI Strategy & Development:
- Collaborate with the VP of Engineering and Founder to define and implement the company’s AI roadmap.
- Predictive Analytics:
- Develop, validate, and deploy predictive models to drive actionable insights.
- Generative AI Initiatives:
- Design and build generative AI features to improve workflows and customer-facing applications.
- Feature Ownership:
- Take complete ownership of features from ideation through deployment and continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with engineering, product, and operations teams to integrate AI solutions that drive business value.
- Data-Driven Innovation:
- Leverage data science tools and platforms to analyze data, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
- Continuous Learning:
- Stay up-to-date on emerging AI technologies and industry best practices.
What You’ll Need:
- Professional Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years as a data scientist or in a related role, with a proven track record in building and deploying data-driven solutions.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Programming :
- Python, SQL
- Data Visualization:
- Experience with libraries such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly
- Machine Learning Frameworks:
- Proficiency in scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras
- Big Data & Cloud Technologies:
- Familiarity with big data frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark, Hadoop)
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Data Pipelines & ETL:
- Experience designing and implementing data pipelines to support analysis and model training
- Generative AI:
- Demonstrated ability to leverage current generative AI platforms for innovative solutions
- Programming :
- Core Competencies:
- Strong ownership and initiative with a drive to learn new technologies
- Excellent planning, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights

The estimated base salary range for this role is $170k-195k/year along with an annual bonus, based on individual and company performance. The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, business needs, geographic market, and often a combination of all of these factors. The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
