It also involves guiding and coaching your team members on decision-making strategies to achieve common objectives.Your Role:Support and coach two senior data scientists in model development and ensure smooth progression of activitiesCommunicate model results and the progress of initiatives in various committeesOrganize and lead discussions with business line and risk management partners for model approvalAct as a subject matter expert on certain strategic initiativesOversee, alongside the team and partners, the deployment of models in decision enginesEnsure post-production follow-up of developed modelsAdvance expertise and maturity of strategies by exploring new data sources (internal or external) or new modeling techniques like artificial intelligenceCollaborate with other team leads to define the vision for the department and plan business strategies.Your Team: Join a dynamic team of about 10 advanced analytics specialists. We are responsible for all modeling and risk strategies for credit cards, personal financing, and SMEs. We cover credit granting and lifecycle activities. You will report to the Senior Director of Models and Risk Strategies.The bank values continuous development and internal mobility. Tools such as the Data Academy, language training, Harvard Learning Center, and coaching and mentoring support are available to you at all times.Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field, 3-5 years of experience in modeling, decision strategies, or other relevant data science rolesExperience in a coaching and influencing roleProficiency in statistical/econometric models and machine learningExpertise in statistical programming tools like SAS/SQL (R or Python)Knowledge of personal credit products and risk management.
