The ideal candidate will have strong software engineering and leadership skills.RESPONSIBILITIES: Leading development of PoCs and/or AI products in technical areas of AI like Machine Learning (ML) and Deep Learning (DL) on big tabular dataCollaborate with both local and global data science business translators and clients from different industriesEager to follow literature, research, prototype, implement and evaluate applications of state-of-the-art ML/DL algorithms in real-world data science problemsLead analytical tasks like ML algorithm design, implementation, validation and testingLead integration of the resulting system/software into existing production environmentWillingness to multi-task, learn new technologies in a lean development environmentContribute to research papers and attend conferences REQUIREMENTS: Having a Bsc., Msc. or having/pursing PhD. degree in Machine Learning, Deep Learning or related fields of Computer Science and Data Science3 - 5+ years of strong academic and/or industry experience in Machine LearningProficiency and hands-on experience in coding with PythonExperience in MLOps pipeline developmentHands-on academic and/or industry experience on one or more of the frameworks and libraries: pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, matplotlib, seaborn, pyspark, tensorflow, keras, pytorch,Know-how on container platforms and on-cloud deployment (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plusExperience in relational SQL and NoSQL (Redis, Mongo DB, Cassandra) databasesStrong understanding of object-oriented programming languagesComputer science fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, run-time analysis, object-oriented design patternsExperience in Linux/Unix operating systemExperience with code versioning systems (git) SOFT SKILLS: Skill to effectively describe and report on complex ideas and projectsSkill to present findings and insights to clients and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of complex technical conceptsAttention to detail, excellent communication, and team-leading skills LOCATION:Istanbul, TürkiyeWHAT WE OFFER:COMPENSATION, WELFARE & BENEFIT Our history, as well as the future, is based on the value of our people.
