This employee-owned company is looking for a subject matter expert to be the lead tool designer on this team. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and design innovative tools and equipment for production, manufacturing, or assembly processes.
  • Create detailed technical drawings, schematics, and specifications for new tools.
  • Ensure tool designs meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Lead tool design projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and scope.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, production, procurement) to align on project goals and deliverables.
  • Develop project schedules, resource allocation plans, and risk management strategies.
  • Track and report on project progress, milestones, and deliverable completion.


What is Needed?

  • Engineering focused Bachelors Degree
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience
  • Tool Design a must
  • Injection Mold experience a must
  • NX
