Senior Design Manager - Main Contractor, Manchester



A Senior Design Manager with a significant background and experience within a Main Contracting environment and residential new build is required to undertake a leading role overseeing a significant new build project of £150m+ through the PCSA stages and managing key stakeholders throughout the process alongside the designated pre-construction team overseeing the project.



Upon commencement, The Senior Design Manager will hold management responsibility for all design and technical elements of the project; managing professional consultant teams to deliver and ensure robust design information for design packages to construction project teams is accurate and to a high standard to ensure successful delivery of the project.



In this role, You would be in a position to demonstrate a strong track record of pre construction and project delivery, within design management on large scale construction schemes, especially residential. Held a similar role of responsibility as Lead Design Manager or Senior Management with a main contracting environment to deliver significant high rise, tall residential buildings.
