Role                                         :           Senior Devops Engineer

Location                                  :           Vienna VA and Wilmington DE

Duration                                  :           09 Months Plus

Visa                                         :           Independent Consultant Only  

End Client                               :           Confidential till resume selection 

Note: Candidate should have solid exp to write the code over one of the (Java or Python or Groovy).

·

Responsibilities of the role include:

·         Technical design and development of multiple components of shared enterprise applications and software.

·         Writing great quality code with relentless passion for automated testing and validation.

·         Perform complex engineering activities for performance tuning, monitoring, deployment and production support.

·         Implement / maintain & update CICD pipelines to support You Build You Own mandate

Basic Qualifications:

·         Bachelor's Degree

·         At least 5 years of software development experience

·         At least 3 years of experience in full stack programming: Java, SpringBoot, JMeter.

·         2+ years of experience in any Cloud technologies: AWS (Lambda, EC2, IAM, Security Groups, RDS, DynamoDB, ALB, ECS), OpenStack, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, Chef or Terraform

Qualifications

·         2+ years of experience in Build and CICD technologies: GitHub, Maven, Jenkins, Groovy, Nexus or Sonar

·         4+ years of experience in Quality Assurance technologies: ATDD, Selenium, Cucumber, JUnit, SoapUI, or Postman

·         4+ years of experience in Unix Shell Scripting

·         Certified in Java, Spring or AWS technologies

·         Exposure of Data Management methodologies
