Senior Director, Operations

We are working with a leading non-profit organization who are seeking a dynamic Senior Director, Operations to drive strategic and operational excellence. This leadership role is ideal for a collaborative, systems-oriented professional with a strong understanding of non-profit management and a commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI). This senior role will oversee three departments including HR, ensuring operational efficiency while supporting and partnering with the Executive Director. The Senior Director, Operations will also oversee health and safety and oversight of three locations. Previous facility experience is considered an asset.Key Responsibilities:· Lead daily operational activities across multiple offices with a hybrid work model.· Develop and implement efficient systems, policies, and processes aligned with organizational goals.· Oversee financial and resource management in partnership with the leadership team.· Lead core operational teams, fostering collaboration and an equitable workplace culture.· Drive strategic planning and execution, including board-related governance.· Manage compliance, risk, and organizational health.
