Do you live in Merseyside? Would you like to work in Central Liverpool?\n\nDo you have experience completing flood risk assessments, drainage design using Infodrainage or flow and drainage strategies? Would you like to work on varied projects spanning residential, education, healthcare and industrial sectors?\n\nThis exciting opportunity will focus on flood risk, drainage and civil engineering design for low and high-rise residential blocks and housing estates, hospitals and schools.

You will join an established team as a Senior Drainage Engineer and complete flood risk assessments, drainage strategies and detailed designs using Microdrainage for Private Sector Clients, Local Authorities and Housing Developers. \n\nApplicants will also be supported to complete the following;\n\n-Flood Risk Assessments for flood zones 1,2 and 3.\n\n-Surface Water Management Plans. \n\n-Surface Water and Foul Drainage Strategies.\n\n-Detailed Residential Drainage and Sewerage Design using Causeway Flow and Microdrainage for S104 and S106.

\n\n-You also have the option to be involved in environmental permitting. \n\nThis role comes offers a competitive salary, substantial benefits package, training courses and career development. \n\nIt is essential that applicants have a strong academic background in a relevant discipline including a BSc and/or MSc in Civil Engineering and experience working for a UK based Consultancy or Local Authority completing Flood Risk Assessments for planning applications, Road design, drainage strategies and drainage design using Microdrainage or Causeway Flow.
