A renowned global environmental design consultancy are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Electrical Design Engineer to join the team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a variety of prestigious projects, including the ground-breaking Neom the Line project in Saudi Arabia. As part of our team, you will enjoy a hybrid working arrangement, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home, providing flexibility and work-life balance.



They are at the forefront of sustainable design, delivering innovative solutions for a wide range of projects, Taking pride in flagship projects, such as the award-winning Eden Project and the iconic One Angel Square. With a team of 138 talented professionals in the London office, they have established three design teams focusing on the UK market, international projects, and commercial fit-outs.



As a Senior Electrical Design Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the building services team. You will lead the electrical design process, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and sustainable solutions for clients. Collaborating closely with architects, clients, and our multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to creating exceptional built environments.



Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and deliver electrical design solutions for building services projects.

- Apply your expertise to the prestigious Neom the Line project in Saudi Arabia and other flagship projects.

- Collaborate with architects, clients, and team members to develop innovative design concepts.

- Manage and coordinate project teams, including junior engineers and CAD staff.

- Maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

- Foster positive relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and exceeding their expectations.

- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in electrical engineering.

- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers, supporting their professional growth.
