Your role will involve developing outline designs for advanced, cost-effective, and environmentally responsible water recycling plants and other facilities. With a focus on innovation, you'll have the chance to evaluate and trial new technologies and products, shaping the future of the water industry.
We aim to develop you into an expert in your engineering area, making you a company technical specialist and a expert involved in formulating standards.\n\nAbout You: Qualifications:\n\nMSc/MEng in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or equivalent\nChartered or Incorporated Engineer status, or close to achieving this with the IET or equivalent institution\nExperience:\n\nA minimum of 5 years' experience within a relevant industry\nSkills:\n\nExcellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills\nAbility to drive innovation and manage complex engineering challenges\nFull driving licence for site visits\nResponsibilities:\n\nLead sustainable and environmentally friendly design projects\nProvide expert guidance on design calculations and specifications\nChallenge the status quo and drive continuous improvement\nResearch industry best practices and introduce cutting-edge digital design concepts\nCollaborate with supply chains to enhance efficiency and technical standards\nMentor and develop junior engineers, fostering their professional growth\nDeliver projects that exceed budget expectations with cost-effective solutions
