Including ensuring asset management plans are executed and compliance is achieved.Support continuous improvement as an important aspect of meeting business objectives.A creative thinker who will generate new solutions that improve reliability of the equipment.The ability to train maintenance and operations personnel to improve equipment, quality, and uptime.Must be willing to uphold standard techniques with the ability to use computer to improve quality and production.Prepare and approve design modifications and equipment. This requires designing, testing, and preparation of cost estimates.Schedule work and troubleshooting trainings ns when needed. Compensation and BenefitsCompensation is based on experience and qualifications. A base range is $75,000 and $95,000+.
