Senior Electrical Engineer Aberdeen Hybrid/Remote working £53.50-55 per hour Outside IR35 The company - Starting their journey like most, on the North Sea in Aberdeen they now have 50 offshore platforms across four continents and operate over 85 mobile land rigs in South America. They work at the forefront of the Oil/Gas industry and has recently won awards for its growth and pioneering engineering. They are urgently looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer on a new 12-month minimum contract, which is highly likely to extend. The role will involve using your senior experience to help support offshore facilities. The Senior Electrical Engineer will be responsible for preparation and review of designs, studies, reports and drawings. Engineers are also expected to lead the electrical package design and engage with clients and other stakeholders. Skills Required: Essential: Degree qualified, or appropriate experience Experience and competence with electrical calculations to first principles Electrical brownfield experience of offshore installations Knowledge and experience of applicable UK legislation and standards, European and International standards, offshore codes & standards Competent with checking applicable electrical deliverables Desirable: Chartered Engineer membership Offshore survey experience and valid certificates The company are looking to interview this week with a view to starting the successful candidate over the next week.
