Trueline's client, a leading engineering solutions firm, is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join their team in Dallas, TX. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile projects while leading and mentoring a talented team in a collaborative environment.

What You'll Do as the Senior Electrical Engineer:

- Supervise and mentor staff, fostering both technical and career development

- Lead projects of various sizes from concept to completion

- Interface with clients and manage project teams to ensure successful outcomes

- Provide technical expertise and coordinate with multiple disciplines in-house

- Contribute to a culture of innovation and excellence

You'll Succeed as the Senior Electrical Engineer if you Have:

- A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from an accredited institution

- Professional Engineer (PE) licensure

- 15+ years of experience in an architecture/engineering environment

- Proven track record in project management

- Extensive engineering expertise and knowledge of related fields

- Strong leadership and mentoring skills

- Ability to work in a hybrid environment (2 days per week onsite)
