Senior Electrical Technician - Fabrication

Responsibilities:Provides work direction for a crew of 6-10 craftsmen, ensuring quality control and productivity. Reviews work requests to plan assignments and determine material and tool requirements.Requests materials, tools, and equipment through the SAMS system or Maintenance Planner. Performs administrative duties as Group Head, including report writing and record-keeping of welding work.Offers technical advice to lower craftsmen, operations, and maintenance for planning T&Is or large fabrication projects. Ensures adherence to safe welding procedures and company standards.Conducts on-the-job training and mentoring for lower qualified craftsmen, maintaining records of training accomplishments.Troubleshoots and analyzes complex projects to determine repair requirements, nature of repair, and whether repairs will be conducted in the shop or field. #J-18808-Ljbffr
