Overview:
This leading Irish Tier 1 Main Contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Engineer for their groundbreaking €multi-million pharma project in Co. Longford. This role is perfect for someone who’s commute at the moment could be unsustainable for them and is seeking something a bit closer to home.
The project itself is a highly prestigious pharma project with a high-end client offering years of work in the Longford area, particularly suited to anyone living in the Longford, Roscommon, Leitrim, Cavan and Westmeath areas.
Working on some of Ireland’s most high-profile projects this company will offer you progression into a Senior Manager role quickly by putting structures in place and laying out a career path for you.
Key responsibilities:

- Collaborate closely with the Project Manager and team to offer technical guidance throughout the project.
- Maintain regular communication with the project team, subcontractors, and design consultants.
- Conduct technical reviews of civil engineering drawings, models, and designs.
- Oversee QA protocols, including concrete inspections before and after pours, handling RFIs, and resolving technical challenges.
- Help ensure adherence to safe working practices on site.
- Track and document the use of materials, equipment, and logistics.
- Maintain records and provide detailed reports.

Requirements:
- \n
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role
- Previous experience working on building projects
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Navis works, Microsoft

The Package:
The salary will be DOE but a strong Senior Engineer can expect a salary between €75,000 - €80,000, company vehicle/allowance and pension.
