About the role Work with the Business Development Manager to develop and execute the growth strategy for SingaporeRole Responsibilities:Work with the Business Development Manager to develop and execute the growth strategy for Singapore.Establish and maintain good relationships with consultants and key accounts and identify business opportunities through customer visitation.Manage individual sales pipeline and provide regular, accurate sales forecasts.Support the building of solutions for HVAC, move from product selling to overall solutions selling encompassing systems, services and controls.Provide equipment selection, system design, heat load estimation and technical support to consultants and key accounts.Plan & Spec to identify customer’s needs and enhance the company’s chances of securing orders via technical understanding.Identify opportunities for campaigns and services, using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.Learn and understand the latest code & standard for air-conditioning, provide updates to owners & consultantsProvide input to the marketing of new product development plans.Maintain accurate and up to date records on CRM system.Provide excellent service to clients at all levels.Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, networking events and attend company meetings.Minimum Requirements:Degree in Engineering or Science preferred.Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.Fresh graduates may apply.Good communication and willing to learn attitudeSome experience in cooling in data centre or industrial sector would be preferred.Training is provided.BenefitsWe are committed to offering competitive benefits programs for all of our employees, and enhancing our programs when necessary.Our commitment to youOur greatest assets are the expertise, creativity and passion of our employees.
