Senior Engineer, Mechanical (004892)

Main Tasks:- Conducting tasks delegated by the company's Responsible Care team. Ensure following of the company's Management system, defining/following up of corrective and preventative actions within defined responsibilities. - Support M&E Manager to develop preventive/predictive maintenance plan and strategy, clarify equipment criticality class, develop spare parts strategy.- Plan and arrange daily equipment maintenance tasks based on production request - People management: Train and improve mechanic technicians and long term contractor skills in trouble shooting and maintenance - Cost control: control equipment maintenance cost under budget- Project Support: Implement plant changes together with production based on QEHS and production capability requests- Support project detail design, commissioning and startup in mechanic discipline.- Complete other tasks from manager.Requirements: - Bachelor or above with major of mechanic.- 8 years or above in chemical industry mechanic maintenance or engineering.- Mechanic Engineering, SAP（PM）(end user), good English skill (oral English) and PC skill.- Government required related certificate. 请时刻警惕任何可能的招聘欺诈行为！请注意，巴斯夫绝不会在任何情况下向候选人以任何形式收取任何费用。
