Your new roleIn this role, you’ll be responsible for the following:Responsible for product design including product improvement & new product development.To develop test methods/technique, integrate and validate test program to ensure timely implementation and factory release/transferYield improvement/optimization, Product Specifications prior to production phase-inTo develop, debug and test. Emphasis will be on end product characterization and validationAssist Production / QM (when needed) on failure reject analysis Ratio project evaluationsResponsible in investigation of material and process changesResponsible in production yield / quality improvement supportResponsible of Document Controller of BA, drawing & TDR for JB & XG.Assist investigation of customer claimsResponsible to ensure the enforcement and control of 5s, Safety and environmental protection in the respective areaPerform other relevant task assigned by superior from time to time. What you'll need to succeedCandidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical & Electronics/Mechatronics Engineering, Physics or equivalent field;A minimum requirement of 3 years of work-related experience in manufacturing environment;Experience with Microsoft Office, Minitab knowledge is necessary.
