Become part of our global network of skilled engineers, scientists, auditors, planners and environmental specialists, all working together to leave this world better than we found it.Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in: Supporting the delivery of a diverse range of projects including waste facility design, resource recovery, circular waste and waste management projects throughout Western Australia and nationally as required. Leading and contributing to the preparation of high-quality proposals and technical reports following relevant standards and guidelines and as per the requirements set out in the winning work cycle, or as per regional workflows. Management of multi-disciplinary project teams to deliver projects and proposals in line with our required quality standards. Manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion of tasks. Support and collaborate effectively with project and other stakeholders to ensure successful client experience in project delivery. Maintaining relationships with clients, regulatory agencies and other stakeholders. Assisting in the development of junior staff members and participating in ongoing external training and development activities. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices, participating in continuous learning and professional development activities. What you will bring to the team: Degree qualification in relevant discipline area (environmental engineering, civil engineering etc). 7 plus years of experience in engineering associated with waste facilities (ideally with experience in the consulting industry). Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate with internal and external clients clearly and concisely.
