With 700 employees driving their success, they stand as the UK's largest quality sofa maker.\n\nDescription\n\nAs a key member of the Group IT team, the Senior ERP Analyst will play a vital role in supporting and improving the company's ERP systems. This involves a mix of business analysis, implementation, support, and project management. Key responsibilities include:\n\nERP Optimisation: Identify areas for improvement through internal reviews and lead delivery of system enhancements.\nSystem Improvements: Manage system changes from specification through to delivery, implementation, and support.\nChange Management: Translate business requirements into functional design documents and enable effective implementation.\nUser Support: Manage relevant help desk tickets, supporting ERP systems, integrations, and third-party applications.\nReporting & Data Analysis: Identify and deliver improvements or define functional requirements.\nProject Collaboration: Work closely with the Business Systems Manager to support the ERP projects roadmap.\nTraining: Identify training needs, create materials, and deliver both individual and group sessions with follow-up reviews.\nDocumentation: Maintain detailed documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and support solutions.

\n\nProfile\n\nDynamics AX2012R3 Expertise: Must have hands-on experience working with Dynamics AX2012R3 in a live environment.\n\nLocation: Must live within an hour's commute of either Nottingham or Wiltshire.\n\nManufacturing Experience: Background in manufacturing with experience implementing and supporting enterprise systems.\n\nERP Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of at least four of the following modules:\n\nFinance\nSales & Marketing\nInventory Management\nSupply Chain & Procurement\nProduction\nPlanning\nCustomer ServicesProject Skills: Understanding of full project life cycle implementation of business systems.\n\nCollaboration Skills: Ability to work with and influence team members at all levels.\n\nProactive Attitude: Self-motivated, organised, and able to lead projects or work independently.\n\nProblem Solving: Strong ability to identify, suggest, and implement effective solutions.\n\nCommunication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication with experience creating reports, process diagrams, and instructions.\n\nTechnical Skills: Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and manipulation.\n\nAttention to Detail: Able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.\n\nJob Offer\n\nCompetitive Salary\nCareer progression\nopportunity to grow and develop skillset\nhybrid working\ngenerous benefits package
