Package: £80,000 – £90,000 plus packageAs the Senior Estimator you will be working within the Fit Out and Refurb division working on projects for the local authority/Responsibilities Play a leading role within the Fit Out and Refurb sectors within the Education sector.Plan and lead cost estimates for all sizes of projects.Attend launch and mid-bid meetings.Attend internal handover meetings.Attend post-tender interviews.Organise the preparation of Bills of Quantities and schedules of work as and when required. Requirements Education sector experience.Someone who is hands on within the role.Be able to estimate on a wide variety of project types ranging from D&B and JCT traditional forms of contract in the £100k to £10 million range.
