Prepare project estimates – to support various stage gates, studies, and option selections Preparation of quick Order of Magnitude estimates, factored estimates, and detailed estimates based on quantity take-offs Prepare supporting cost risk analysis where required Evaluate Lifecycle costing to support design option selections where required Prepare suitable project cost phasing to support cashflows and financing Prepare suitable benchmarking where appropriate to support estimate reviews Cost analysis & development of databases and cost trend curves for various equipment and project types to help with benchmarking Prepare and update estimating procedures and estimating basis documents Support ministry cost team (MCT) estimate reviews (as needed) Carry out initial feasibility studies if required Provide cost inputs for ADP discussions and inputs to finance for multi-year development plans Provide project cost inputs for regular management reporting
