Job Description:

We are seeking a driven and ambitious Senior Estimator to join our team. As a Senior Estimator, you will work with clients to assist with all commercial roofing needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Be able to confidently read architectural plans and specifications in order to identify multiple types of roofing scopes of work.

· Be able to confidently perform a takeoff and put roofing estimates together by identifying exact materials needed for each type of system.

· Manage/create new relationships with clients and contractors.

· Be able to put submittal packages together for GC and architect review.

REQUIREMENTS

· Be able to confidently use Microsoft Office. (Excel, Outlook, Word)

· Critical thinking skills

· Roofing system knowledge/Roofing install knowledge

· Ability to work in a high paced environment and prioritize

· Strong decision making skills

· Knowledge and experience in construction processes

· Time management skills

· Knowledge of overall workplace safety

· Minimum of 5 years of construction experience required

· Minimum of 3-5 years of roofing experience required

· Written and verbal communication skills

Salary Information:

• Base pay, plus commission and quarterly bonus
