Senior Estimator - HVAC Job details Posted 12 March 2025 SalaryUp to $160k + Super LocationSydney Job type Sectors CGC Cover Reference38872301 Job description Senior HVAC EstimatorSalary: $160K + Super | Hybrid Work (2 Days WFH) Our client is seeking an experienced Senior HVAC Estimator to join their team, working closely with builders on projects valued up to $10M. This role offers the flexibility of working two days from home per week and the opportunity to contribute to a growing, well-respected company in the industry. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed estimates and tenders for HVAC projects up to $10M in mechanical value. Analyse project specifications, drawings, and requirements to develop accurate cost estimates. Work closely with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure competitive and accurate pricing. Use Excel and Simpro to manage estimates and tender submissions. Collaborate with project managers and engineers to provide insights on project feasibility and cost efficiencies. Maintain strong relationships with Tier 2 builders and key stakeholders. Requirements Minimum 8-10years of experience as an HVAC estimator, preferably in the Tier 1 / Tier 2 construction space. Strong knowledge of HVAC & mechanical services Proficiency in Excel and Simpro for estimating and tendering. Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills. Strong communication and negotiation abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment. What We Offer Competitive salary of $160K + super.
